I was actually working in a sector that was not mandated, but our company head made the decision to do so . So the process for staff unwilling to be vaccinated involved a H&S assessment and risk identification using the guidelines published by Employment New Zealand and Work Safe, after which my employment as a senior executive manager was terminated. I still remain unemployed despite applying for a number of jobs. It took about a year for businesses to unwind their expectations of staff being vaccinated (even in non-mandated sectors). I lost a significant salary; being mandated out of my job has placed a great financial burden on my family. But I remain hopeful something will come-up soon.

I having nothing but contempt for these Low quality group think politicians and their bureaucrats who dosed up millions of kiwis and their children with an experimental gene therapy that is today contributing to increased all cause mortality and declining birth rates in highly vaccinated countries. Eventually they will be held to account.
